Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I have a 21 yr old Autistic daughter. No child support, I am the Primary Guardian. He does not see her for months at a time. This upsets her. Can I refuse to let him see her now that she is 21?

When you say that you are Primary Guardian, do you mean that you have an order from the Probate Court or the Superior Court that gives you guardianship rights? Is there a court order that gives him "visitation?"

So long as you have legal guardianship rights and there is no court order giving him visitation, then you can refuse to let him see her. (he may go to court and get an order of visitation if there isn't already one in place)
