Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Adultery

Is is considered adultery if a couple agrees to divorce amicably, couple still lives together, and one of them chooses to have a sexual relationship (his own admittance) while divorce is in process? No legal papers were signed at this point . . . he insists it's not adultery; that once paperwork is submitted one is bascially divorced.

Can you please clarify this for me?

Thanks!

Re: Adultery

It's still adultery, but once the papers are served you don't get much milage out of it, unless he is spending $$$ on the girlfriend.
