Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Alimony:

My x wife just moved into her boyfriends house in East Hampton. I got a call from her sister to tell me this. She still has the kids in the new london school system and commutes them back and fourh.

Addtionally she lost the home she was awarded and stopped paying the mortgage in 2007 but just now got evicted June o 08 where she moved in with her sister in NY but than moved from there into her boyfriends home.

How do I prove she is cohabitating?

Her divorce decree states, cohabitation, remarriage or death? I tried modifying the Alimony last year because I was showing the court she gave herself a raise in money by not paying the mortgage and she was still living there. But the Judge declined that and stated unless she won the lottery than no.

My arguement was the substantial increase in income per her not paying the $1400.00 mortgage given her xtra money.

What suggestions can you give me to prove the cohabitation that will hold up in the New London Court system?

Thank You
