File for it in court. An annulment is based upon fraud. You have to fulfil the requirements of residency. Most courts have an area to assist.
Re: anullment,divorce
An anullment is different than a divorce. The purpose of an anullment is to erase the marriage completely. It is as if it had never happened. On the other hand, a divorce is simply the ending of a marriage. With these different purposes, follow different standards. For your purpose, if you want to get a divorce, you must file paperwork with the court. You can obtain this paperwork at the clerk's office of your local courthouse. This paperwork will give you the general directions. However, the clerk's office cannot give you legal advice. If you need legal advice, or would like a lawyer to simply complete the divorce, you should seek counsel.
