she asked for a divorce
about 3 months ago my wife quit her job,talked me into buying a car with a joint loan,and had me take 10k out of my 401k to fix a house for both of us to live in on her parents property,now she has asked for a divorce,it has only been 2 months since we moved in,i cant help but to feel that i was taken here,she also says i get all the bills,oil,phone,electric and all the credit cards, please help thanks

Debts and assets are divided based on what ythe parties own, the parties' earning capacity, health, age and other factors. I take it you do not own the house. The court can consider any improvements made to the home in which she is living. You did not say whether you have any children or how long you have been married. The court will not likely expect you to support your wife if she quit her job voluntarily. If you give me more information, I can give you a better idea of your position.
