How I can have the attencion from the judge to proof my inocence my daughter abuse me with her boyfriend police arrest me and now Im the one whos loosing everything

It sounds to me like you need a criminal attorney to deal with your criminal matter, a civil attorney to deal with any matter that may come up with DCF (child services) and possibly an attorney to help you put any other affairs in order that may come up. Is English your first language?
