Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

back in 2002 my childs mom gave up her gardianship to our child to her father now i never gaveup gardianship parental rights or anything like that. they tell me i have no rights to the child but i am proven to be the father threw dna court test. my question is can i go and see my child when ever i want or do i have to go back to court.

It's difficult for me to give you a definitive answer since I don't know what the court orders say that are presently in place. You should have been notified of any court proceedings when they were scheduled. Since there appears to be many unanswered issues, you should seek an attorney to represent you. You most likely will need to go back to court to request visitation at the least.
