My Care
the mother of my son and her
mother got into an physical
alteration and my son who is 13
saw it the police arrested her while
under arrest. My son was placed in
his grandmothers care.
My sons mother and i were never
married i live in Fl. my son and his
mother in Ct. i have always been in
his life even thou i live i another
state not once in a while but all the
time. My sons mother would rather
he be with me in Florida than her
mother in Ct. what can i do to
make this happen cause now the
grandmother wont even let me
speak to my son and i have done
nothing wrong.
How can i get my son placed with
me instead of grandma. thank you.
(ps) grandma also says that he was
being left alone alote.

I have already answered this question when you first made the inquiry, however, I will answer it again.
You need to file a custody action in CT if that is where your son is located.
