Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Can you change a divorce agreement?

My boyfriend's ex-wife has been threatening a lot lately with all sorts of amendments to the final divorce agreement. Is it possible to amend the divorce agreement when it comes to visitation? e.g. he sees the kids once a week and then once every other weekend. She now wants him to pick them up after school on the days she works to make her life easier. Can she do that?

Re: Can you change a divorce agreement?

Visitation orders can be modified, but only by agreement or court order. One party can't unilaterally change the existing court order.
