Cheating Wife
I caught my wife cheating on me. What are my entitlements, and what avenue should I persue, Mediation or Court? We are still able to communicate regarding mediation.

You ultimately have to end up in court in order to finalize the divorce. The purpose of mediation is to resolve any ongoing disputes, instead of trying the issues in court.
