Child Custody in case where mother becomes a lesbian

If a couple is divorcing because the wife has been having an affair with a woman for a year and she intends to move forward in life as a lesbian, will the court likely award her custody of the children, or the husband if both parties seek primary custody?

The mere fact that she is a lesbian will likely have little effect on who gets custody/primary residence.
