Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

child custody

My fiance has a child with another women who is on drugs. CPS came and removed the child from the home and place an emergency temporary custody order and my question is, can he go and get her from C.T. and bring her to N.C. even though the courts are in the process of taking the matter in front of the judge. Will that be considered as interferring with the process of the courts.

Re: child custody

Based upon the facts that you provided I would not advise to remove the child without going through the court for a proper order.
