child custody

I need to file papers to gain temporary custody of my 16 year old nephew whom has been court ordered to live in my home and not with his mother whom he had an altercation with and she had him arrested. this child's mother is mentally ill and has a long history with department of children and families.

I'd have to see which court ordered the child to live with you, why, for how long, etc. Also, how does the child feel about it? What is the mother's position? Where's the father? What town are you located in? Our fees are $200/hour with a retainer dependent on my evaluation of the complexity of the case. The filing fees in the court are $190.00 plus about $50.00 to serve the papers.
