child support increase?

my x is going for more child support. i have no income but i own properties. in ct can she get amount raised because of assets? i am not in the rear at all and only have 11 more months to go . thanks ps my samesex partner pays the support now but we have not had a civil ceremony.

The court can find that you have an earning capacity and order CS on the basis of capacity, even if you are not working.
