Child Support

I have an order for child support for my three children. My 15 years old, is going to Boarding School for failing in school and behavioral issues. My ex claims he no longer has to pay child support for the 15 year old since she will be living at boarding school for the 06/07 school year. Can he do that?

He would have to go to court for a modification. He may be entitled to a credit while child away at school.
