Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

i have a child with my wife and i'm moving away but there's no divorce or separation do i have to pay child support?

Lawyers are supposed to work in a moral vacuum, but your question nauseates me as a lawyer and a father. How is that for an answer? You should pay support so that when she Motions the court and gets an Order to come after you for back support and future payments it won't be as difficult for you.
