Connecticut abolished the "Alientation of Affection" law - can I file suite against the "other woman" for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress?

Maybe. However, you need to decide if the attorney's fees to retain an attorney to file that action is worth it, in the event you lose.

Most attorneys will require a substantial retainer. If economics is not an issue, then call an attorney and consult about the possibilities.
