contempt of divorce court orders

i reside in ct. my ex resides in fl. divorce granted in ct 1992/$50 per wk (alimony)and lump sums never paid/was awarded qdro mthly amt payable when I reach 65 (now 56) I read that in the event of default of alimony/support a qdro could be liquidated. Is that possible? If I file a comtempt order in ct. how can I enforce this in his home st of fl?
