Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Can I counter file a motion to modify and schedule it to be heard on the same day? If so, can I file this motion on the day of the current scheduled hearing date or do I have to file this prior?

You should file it before the date of the hearing and ask the clerk to schedule it for the same date and time.
