Court apointed refferee
Do you need to keep the one appointed orcan they be fired

My guess is that you don't mean "referee", but rather a guardian ad litem or attorney. There is such a thing as a "referee" but they are retired judges and aren't "appointed" and they don't hear contested cases usually. In any event, a guardian or attorney appointed by the court can't be fired (at least, not by you). The court can "un-appoint" them if they aren't doing their job, but that's the court's call, not yours.
