Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My daughters paternal grandparents have a POA for medical to make a decision if neither myself or my ex husband are available? This was put into action when they took my daughter to disney a few years back and before she was in school her grandma watched her during the day. My ex husband and I now would like to know how to dissolve this if possible? They do have 1 day of grandparents visitation but do not feel comfortable with them making any medical decisions.

Who gave them POA, you? If so, then you can revoke it at any time.
