What is the procedure to access
husband's safety deposit box?
There is a lot of money unaccountable.

If the divorce case is in progress,you file a discovery motion to have access to the box with some third party in attendance to make sure the contents are inventoried. I'd also ask that he be ordered not to access the box until the third party is present.
