Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My divorce decree from 1994 (Connecticut) states that my ex and I will evenly split all unreimbursed medical/dental bills. My child turned 18 in February, but child support continues until she graduates high school in June. My ex is refusing to reimburse me half of the medical bills claiming that he is no longer responsible because she is 18. When does this stop, when she turned 18; when child support stops; or when he no longer has to carry health insurance for her? My decree does not state how long this continues or give an end date.

I believe your ex is responsible for the unreimbursed medical bills, since child support continues until she graduates.
