Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

In our divorce decree my exhusband is responsible for our children's medical insurance. Our divorce has been final for two and a half years and two months ago he dropped their medical insurance. What can I do to get him to be held responsible for the insurance that we stated in our divorce agreement?
