divorce decree modification

I need to modify my divorce decree. Do i need a lawyer?..do i need a signature from my ex wife? how uch does it cost to go to court fill out forms and have it modified?..approx $ ?

Modifying a divorce decree requires more than filing a few papers. I advise that you consult an attorney to determine how to proceed. An attorney would--based upon your circumstances--be able to estimate the cost.
