Divorce and disability
How does a disibility (unable to work)affect the
outcome of a divorce as for as alimony. Could there
be any alimmony awared if adultry was a factor in this
case.

Alimony is determined by a number of factors (go to Conn. General Statutes section 46b-81 and 46b-82), including health and earning capacity of the parties. One of the factors is the cause of the breakdown of the marriage, however, so adultery can play a role (usually not as big a role as health and earning capacity, though).
