Divorce for legal non-resident alien.

I�m legal non-resident alien. Can I start divorce process in US?

Yes. Your immigration status is irrelevant. However, you do have to meet residence requirements. Have you or your spouse lived in Connecticut for a year, or were you married in Connecticut? One of you has to have resided in Connecticut for at least one year at the time the divorce is granted (it takes about 4 months for the court to reach your case.) Or if you were married here and plan to return to the state to live, you can get divorced here.
