I have no money and just started a new job is there any help I can get. my husband has filed for divorce and has stoped working so he doesn't have to pay even child support

Of course there is help out there. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may visit the clerk's office in your county courthouse for general assistance. They will provide you with some paperwork on how to defend yourself and your rights in a divorce action. However, this help is merely general assistance as the clerk's office cannot provide legal advice like an attorney can.
