Is it possible to get a divorce agreement tossed out as a non working contract. for 4 yrs i have been in court 2 times a month

Agreed. This may not be adequately addressed without sufficient facts (e.g. the terms of the agreement, nature of the disputes and results). You should however be aware that the mere fact that an agreement or contract is the subject of numerous disputes does not necessarily render it legally inadequate.
