Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my divorce settlement states that when our last child turns 18 my wife is to sell the house and give me my share. She has taken no action toward selling the house, what do i need to do to get this matter back in front of a judge

You need to file a motion for contempt and/or a motion to compel her to comply with the judgment. You can do this in the divorce case as a post-judgment motion.
