Divorced- 401k

I am divorced with two minor children. I am current on all of my child support obligations and have no arrearage. My ex-wife is court happy and each time she brings me to court for something I am asked for my 401k balance. Could she legally touch my 401k at this point?

No, so long as you are current on your child support.
