Dvision of property

In a seven year non contested divorce how is the house divided if both names are on the deed? Is the wife entitled to any of the husband's earnings if he is the major bread winner?

There is no set answer to your questions. It all depends on your circumstances, such as how much each of you can earn, your age and health, if there are children, and other factors. If you can earn significantly more than your spouse, you may very well have to pay alimony.
