how does the Educational Support ORders Sec. 46b-56c of the Connecticu General Statutes?

Your question isn't clear. When you get divorced you can waive the statute and either agree with your spouse how to pay for your children's college, or not pay anything. If you waive, then you can not come back later and ask the court to order money from your spouse for college.

In the alternative, you can ask the court to reserve jurisdiction to order college monies at a later date.

The maximum allowed under the statute is the cost of attending UCONN.
