Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

emails as evidence

I would like to know what format I can have emails presented in court as evidence? REason I'm asking the emails back and forth are somewhat repeated due to the replys and forwards?

Thank you in advance.

Re: emails as evidence

Emails can be evidentiary in a court of law depending on how they are presented. They are also discoverable as correspondence depending on whether or not they are privileged. Contact me and I will explain further. [email protected]
