Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Would I be entitled to any of my ex husbands retirement? We have two children together and he currently owes me 60,000 in back support he is attempting to cash out a retirement fund he had while we are married and is offering me a settlement on back support but am I actually entitled to it anyway since he withheld the knowledge of said retirement?

If he had a retirement account when you were getting divorced and he failed to disclose it, you may be entitled to reopen the divorce based upon fraud. Then you could be entitled to one-half of that retirement account that was accumulated during the marriage.
