Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My ex-wife owes me $380 due to child care. She has refused to pay me which is detailed in the divorce decree. Can I withhold 2 weeks of child support which will cover the money owe?

No. You can not use "self-help" to retrieve the monies. You would have to file a motion for contempt and go to court to get a court order.
