Re: failure to report all income on tax return
You need to provide some proof of your husband's ex-wife's income. Proof might be in the form of (1) surveillance of her coming and going to a workplace, (2)proof of her assets to show she could not accumulate them on declared income, (3) testimony under subpoena from persons who might be aware of her earnings. Divorce court judges generally realize that many people, particularly self employed people, do not declare all of their earnings, and the judges will not look favorably on someone whom they believe is lying about their income. A stumbling block to changing things now might be if your husband was or should have been aware of his ex-wife's income at the time of the divorce.
