family divorce
i'm a UK citizen with a green card n married to an AMerican citizen. We have a 2 year old child. I'd like a divorce, half of the house and to move back to Uk to give my child a better life. How do i do about starting this process?

You need to file for divorce and obtain sole custody of your child or joint legal custody with principal place of residence outside of the U.S. In respect to the house, to receive 1/2 the equity, you and your spouse would have to sell the house and split the equity or your spouse would have to buy you out, which might require refinancing.
