family home

If we are living in a house that i inherited from my family (post marriage) what is likely to happen to that? It has appreciated about 200 thousand since I in herited it. It is the home we live in.

While there are many factors to consider, a court generally devides the equity that accrued during the marriage (in this case the $200k appreciation) between the two spouses.
