Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

went for a hearing today ,vital evidece for my side was not brought forward, a verdict was given.now i want to overturn verdict with this information.stopping verdict being enacted.do I have to wait for the time it takes to refile or can i plead it be given a.s.a.p.
