Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Fees

My husband and I were married in 1986. We have been living separately since 1994. We have no children.We own no property. We have not seen or spoken to each other in several years. Recently he called and asked about a divorce. I an unable to pay any fees. If he files, does he pay? I will not contest. I want no alimony.
