I filed for divorce. My husband has after the fact found out about an extramarital affair. What can he do in a no fault divorce state?

In CT, a court could consider fault if it substantially broke down the marriage when dividing the assets or awarding alimony. Generally, however, even if the court does find some fault on one of the parties, the penalty is not substantial.
