Force Sale of Home

divorced over 1 year, wife moved out and has no financial responsibility. i am current with payments. she file to force the sale to remove her name from mortgage, would the courts granting her motion, by this request alone?

I can not answer your question without knowing what your divorce decree says about the mortgage and the home.
