Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I have just found out I have a 15 year old daughter ,the mothers rights were terminated and i never knew she was my daughter she has been adopted .do I have any legal right as I was not contacted when the hearings were going on . We have has a paternity test and she is my daughter . what now???
