Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I fractured my back, required surgery and fell 8.5 months behind on child/spousal support. I became unemployed as a result of the injury, as it was a commission only job. Will I have a problem getting the modification I've requested?

I have no idea about the family law question but if you injured your back on the job or due to someone elses negligence then you obviously have a claim you should pursue.

If you were unable to work because of the injuries then the court should grant a modification.
