Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Hi, My friend's wife told him to get out of the house. He own's half of the house, if he leaves doesn't he stand to lose everything? He said he is moving out but we told him it wasn't a good idea. Is that correct. Thanks!!

He won't lose anything if he moves out, other than a place to stay. However, if children are involved, there may be other issues. He should talk to a lawyer before he moves out.
