I would need more information to answer the question, however, you could be entitled to alimony and if you have minor children- child support.

For starters, probably half of everything plus alimony, but there are a thousand variables. Were any of the assets acquired prior to the marriage? Does the homemaker have an earning capacity? Is anyone disabled? Have any assets been dissipated by addiction (gambling, drugs, etc.?) Are there minor children? Are there pensions? With more info, I can better assess.
