house rights

We have a few propertys,one in VT.that I inherited,it is a seasonal camp.Our home in CT.is paid for also.We have been married for25 years.Can I keep this VT.prop. and the house if I reliquish my rights to his retirment?He has a good job.I was a homemaker.
