Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My husband assaulted me. He was arrested and removed from the home. He lied and stated that I assaulted him as well which I did not. The police arrested me but I was never taken to jail. That case was dismissed against me. The problem is now I have an arrest record. I would like to have this arrest recorded sponged. How can I do this? I live in CT.

Also can I sue him for any legal expense as this was a false arrest?
