Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My husband and i have a court order for visitation for our two boys 13 and 10, if they want to come home early or they tell their Dad they do not want to go over, i thought he cannot make them, can he force them? they have told them from time to time and he says he has to stick to what the court paper says, yet he just gave me a list of dates he will not be taking them because of work and that was not on the court order, i didn't give him a hard time.over that. the orders are only temporary. can they be modified before they become permanent when we go back to court?

Yes, they can be modified, either temporarily or in the final judgment. If it isn't working out, you can go back to court now rather than later.
